This policy explains how Sordiff Studios handles information in connection with Next Off.
Information we collect
Next Off does not collect personal information and does not require an account. Your work rotation, shift times, reminders, calendar changes, pay settings, PTO balances, PTO bookings, service milestones, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Network access
Next Off does not require internet access to calculate or display your schedule. The app does not send your schedule or personal information to Sordiff Studios.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, Next Off uses Android's notification system to show schedule reminders on your device. Notification settings remain on your device and can be disabled at any time.
Sharing and backups
Next Off lets you share a schedule summary, create a schedule backup, and export a calendar file. These actions occur only when you choose them. Files or text you save, import, or share are handled by the location, app, or service you select, subject to that service's privacy practices.
Sharing and selling
Sordiff Studios does not sell, rent, or share personal information with advertisers.
Data retention and deletion
Your Next Off data remains on your device until you reset the app, clear its storage, or uninstall it. You may also replace locally stored information by restoring a backup.
Children's privacy
Next Off does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version and its effective date will appear on this page.
